Trademark Operations ManagerThe Trademark Operations Manager oversees the daily operations, systems, and workflows of a trademark practice across multiple locations. This role partners with practice leadership to improve efficiency, manage trademark docketing and deadlines, support financial and strategic objectives, and ensure consistent policies and procedures. The Trademark Operations Manager oversees the daily operations, systems, and workflows of a trademark practice across multiple locations. This role partners with practice leadership to improve efficiency, manage trademark docketing and deadlines, support financial and strategic objectives, and ensure consistent policies and procedures. Responsibilities include process improvement, knowledge management, technology administration, staff supervision and development, and coordination with attorneys, clients, vendors, and administrative teams. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee trademark docketing systems, deadline tracking, filings, renewals, and reporting.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, templates, and knowledge resources.Supervise, train, mentor, and support trademark paralegals, docketing staff, and legal assistants.Coordinate with attorneys, practice leadership, vendors, and administrative departments to support operational and strategic goals.Manage trademark-related technology, system access, and client support.Monitor USPTO, TTAB, and international trademark developments and communicate relevant updates.Support workload management, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements:At least 7 years of experience supporting trademark operations, including docketing, prosecution, and related administrative processes.Experience with trademark operations, docketing, prosecution, and related administrative processes.Proficiency with USPTO systems, trademark docketing software, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with international filing systems.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing deadlines and filings.Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead process improvements, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
