Key job responsibilities

• Align and track goals across the OAS program and partner Amazon organizations, ensuring visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks at every level.
• Cook up cross-team projects, including building scalable mechanisms for planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to align project execution with customer requirements, working backwards from the customer experience to define priorities and success criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams to engage deeply with system architecture - understand the technical stack well enough to challenge designs, spot gaps and risks early, and propose alternative technical approaches during planning and execution.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
