Sr. Title Closer

About the role

Purciarele Group is recruiting on behalf of St. behalf of St. Johns Title for an experienced Senior Title Closer who can independently manage residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. Responsibilities

• Manage closing files from opening through completion
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys, and vendors
• Prepare and review closing documentation and settlement statements
• Clear title and closing requirements
• Coordinate in-office, remote, mail-away, and mobile closings
• Maintain accurate files and support post-closing/funding as needed
• Build strong client and referral relationships

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent, hands-on title closing experience
• Experience in a title company or real estate law office
• Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines
• Strong communication and client-service skills

Qualifications

• Notary Public certification
• SoftPro experience strongly preferred
• Title Agent License preferred, but not required

Pay

$55,000–$70,000+ annually; higher compensation may be considered for candidates with an established book of business, strong referral relationships, or demonstrated closing volume.
