What You'll Do
- Comprehensive OSINT research– collect, analyze and disseminate OSINT data from a variety of sources.
- Identify potential security threats or trends to Tesla personnel and facilities.
- Determine priority levels and appropriate thresholds.
- Transform raw intelligence into concise threat assessment reports with mitigation recommendations.
- Collaborate with industry partners on current threat landscape; stay informed on emerging threats and contribute to the development and improvement of policies and procedures.
- Collaboration with cross functional partners to address identified threats to Tesla facilities and personnel.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to address ongoing business requirements for OSINT monitoring.
- Support for ongoing Risk Management projects across the company.
- Availability on call after hours for critical escalations.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience as an open-source threat intelligence analyst or other relevant experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong communication, writing, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Established success through cross-functional teamwork and quick adaptation to emerging technologies.
- The ability to build and leverage productive professional relationships across organizations, internally and externally, including experience with communication at an executive level within a global environment.
- Familiarity with risk management programs, willing to learn the same.
- Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and focusing on critical priorities with minimal supervision, including the ability to thrive in an environment with shifting priorities and intelligence requirements.
- Proficiency in open-source research, Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with MISP and Navigator.
- The ability to work well in a team environment where team members are dispersed while keeping the highest level of integrity and honesty and the ability to protect sensitive confidential information.

Expected Compensation
- $112,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
- The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
