About the role
Cary, NC – Onsite W2 Contract position.
Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and translate them into test cases (data testing).
- Execute test cases and triage defects.
- Perform hands‑on API testing.
- Prepare and articulate status reports and test metrics.
- Interface with customer stakeholders.
- Work in an Agile environment.
- Use JIRA for tracking.
Requirements
- Strong SQL knowledge with exposure to ETL / data testing (must).
- Hands‑on experience performing API testing.
- Basic UNIX commands proficiency (must).
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and interface with customers.
Skills
- SQL and ETL expertise.
- API testing.
- Java/Python automation (advantage).
- Healthcare domain knowledge (good to have).
- Python test automation for regression suite (added advantage).
- Familiarity with JIRA.
