About the role
Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Sr. TechSIGINT Analyst SME 3 to support mission-critical programs in secure government environments. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting government or DoD programs, strong communication skills, and a relevant technical background.
Responsibilities
- Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
- Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
- Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities
- Perform user and group training and provide services in the development of training materials
- Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community
- Provide services in the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance with TechSIGINT applications
- Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications
- Independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision
- Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and professionally
- Exercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices in accomplishing duties
- Train new team members
- Complete non-routine and complex assignments
- Build and utilize collaborative networks with key contacts within and outside of the organization to complete tasks
- Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience and an associate's degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a master's degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an associate's degree for a total of 12 years.
- Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following: signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT or PROFORMA), or design and engineering of aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems
Qualifications
- Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Science, or a related technical field. A broader range of degrees will be considered for those who have completed a relevant military training program for example, 9141 (Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 1N2A (Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst), 451/461 (Intermediate Signals Analysis), 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis), or Military Signals Analysis Program (MSAP).

Pay
The projected salary range for this position is $180,000-$184,900, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.
