About the role
Responsible for creating technical documentation that explains complex software solutions in clear, concise language.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user manuals, API guides, and other technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the latest features and functionality.
- Provide technical support through written materials and training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and industry standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Experience with technical writing tools such as Confluence, Jira, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for web-based documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
