Sr. Technical Project Manager

Job Functions

• Building and leading cross-functional project teams
• Sets expectations and ensures the team has the necessary resources and support
• Collaborates closely with the Product Owner and team to maintain and prioritize the product backlog
• Facilitates Agile processes, ensuring correct understanding and application of scrum and kanban methodologies
• Monitors project scope to prevent scope creep and makes necessary adjustments
• Coaches and mentors teams, Technical Project Managers, and Product Owners in roles and responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• 1.5 years of Project Management experience with knowledge of project management discipline, methodology and tools
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with knowledge of Agile framework using scrum and kanban team methodologies
• 5 years of project management, 3 years in Agile framework
• 1.6+ years project management and agile work experience
• Certified scrum master
• PM Certification
• Ability to build effective and productive relationships with both clients and internal resources
• Communicates and proactively manages project status, milestones, action items, risks and mitigation plans, and issues to project stakeholders and leadership
• Frequent independent decision-making ability to manage changing, competing and conflicting priorities; multitask effectively, while balancing urgency, speed, accuracy and consistency
• Financial management skills to analyze project budgets, drive savings and forecast revenue
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, Smartsheets, MS tools
• Strong facilitation skills in a team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Illustrate composure and ability to handle pressure and deadlines

Pay

$100,000 - $110,000 per year
