Sr. Technical Program Manager, Navigation Experience

Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical features and integration points for customer-facing product initiatives within the Amazon apps and the Amazon.com experience on desktops and other devices.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, product management, and design teams across Amazon to define, build, and deliver new customer experiences for mobile app customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Qualifications
- Proven ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while leading in a high-speed, agile environment
- Proven ability to regularly engage with senior stakeholders and influence across the organization
Skills
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Pay
Base salary range for this position is $171,000.00 - $231,400.00 USD annually.
