Sr. Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Engineering, Module & Pack

What You'll Do

• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches of new manufacturing lines
• Collaborate with global teams to develop novel and complex automation equipment
• Create, maintain, and communicate schedules and plans for battery manufacturing projects, including process development, validation, line design, equipment fabrication, FAT, shipping, SAT, and SOP
• Prepare roll-up information and reports for senior leadership on project status, blockers, and changes
• Cook up build milestones with Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, and Production teams
• Track equipment readiness, project costs, and drive cost management improvements
• Provide technical leadership and project management to identify creative, timely solutions to key program challenges

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a mix of engineering and project management fields
• Can communicate with technical and non-technical team members effectively
• Works well under pressure and manages conflicting priorities with ease
• Able to work cross-functionally, manage large teams, and adapt to changes quickly
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing and new product introduction
• degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
