Sr. Technical Program Manager, Digital Transformation
About the role
AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. This role will drive high-visibility, large-scale system and process transformations for AIS as the Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) on the Material Optimization team.
You will act as the business leader to identify improvements for AIS Supply Chain systems, drive process change management efforts, perform A/B analysis to best-in-class systems, identify system/architecture requirements, and align on success metrics. You'll drive delivery of large-scale system and process improvements that transform our supply chain, with the freedom to think big and challenge the status quo. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical program management experience, with a background in electronic manufacturing supply chains and experience driving end-to-end supply chain transformations.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management for server and networking hardware systems working closely with internal and external partners
- Drive end-to-end project execution including scoping, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-launch improvements
- Manage process change across multiple stakeholder groups
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identify dependencies, manage risks, and drive resolution of complex issues
- Lead executive communications and status reporting to senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of experience driving a Supply Chain System Transformation for a large manufacturing supply chain
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- 10+ years owning and driving a large-scale supply chain transformation

Pay
The base salary range for this position is:
- USA, TX, Austin: $148,700 - $201,200 USD annually
- USA, WA, Bellevue: $148,700 - $201,200 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $148,700 - $201,200 USD annually
Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
