Key job responsibilities

Manage ambiguity and collaborate with stakeholders
Manage the lifecycle of a complex cross-functional program with considerable impact
Accountable for the overall strategy as well as driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver
Understand the systems in your product or program space, their limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions, and reasons behind architectural decisions
Ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned, drive mindful discussions that lead to crisp decisions
Make smart trade-offs (e.g., time vs. effort vs. features)
Partner with customers and engineering teams to determine which projects move forward and in what priority order
Use your knowledge to assess development processes, test plans, and operations/maintenance requirements
Streamline and/or eliminate excess process
Influence teams to decouple from dependencies and eliminate architecture problems that stifle innovation or cause user dissatisfaction, development collisions, and/or outages

A day in the life

Work with multiple teams to help solve complex technical solutions aimed to provide hiring managers and recruitment teams more efficient candidate evaluation and selection capabilities, while also improving hiring operational agility and speed-to-fill. Work with multiple tech and business teams to build these complex recruitment and onboarding solutions.

About the team

Empower customers by providing integrated, candidate-focused solutions that streamline high-volume recruitment processes for WW Stores, AWS, Devices, and Talent Acquisition. Drive initiatives that promote transparency and efficiency in candidate evaluation, selection automation, and recruitment operational needs management. Tailor hiring capabilities and processes to align with recruiter preferences and candidate behaviors.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.

USA, VA, Arlington - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
USA, WA, Seattle - 148,700.00 - 201,200.00 USD annually
