Sr. Technical Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead onsite enterprise network operations in a critical DoD environment. The Senior Technical Delivery Manager will oversee network operations, incident response, and the integration of AI solutions in a secure, mission-critical DoD environment. Responsibilities include managing service performance, leading technical delivery teams, and coordinating disaster recovery and outage response procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite enterprise network operations in a critical DoD environment.
• Manage complex infrastructure services, ensuring secure and reliable system performance.
• Oversee network performance, incident response, and change management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and integrate innovative AI solutions into operational workflows.
• Support disaster recovery and outage response procedures in DoD or federal mission environments.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives through automation and AI integration in secure settings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise IT experience in network operations, systems administration, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams and managing service performance, incident response, and change management.
• Active Top Secret clearance and DoD cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+ CE, CISSP, CISM).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, WAN/LAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Proven experience coordinating DoD or federal mission environments.
• Experience supporting AI integration, automation, and digital transformation in secure, mission-critical settings.
