Sr. Technical Architect

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements as the primary technical authority for complex implementations
• Define platform strategies in partnership with customer executives
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions
• Serve as an escalation point for resolving technical challenges
• Architect and implement comprehensive AI/ML solutions on the company platform
• Champion MLOps practices within customer organizations
• Act as a liaison between delivery, marketing, and product teams to impact product direction

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, data engineering, or senior technical role
• Proven architecture leadership on large-scale enterprise data and AI platforms
• Hands-on experience deploying the company platform in production with skills in data modeling and security design
• Expertise in the complete data analytics stack and AI/ML lifecycle
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with ability to oversee delivery of production-quality code
• Experience designing enterprise-level MLOps frameworks

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
