If you're an expert in Consolidated and Multi-State Tax Returns, love finding solutions, and take pride in delivering exceptional Front-Facing client service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage tax returns from start to finish while contributing to process improvements and supporting a variety of client accounting needs. 🚀 What You'll Be Doing 📊 Tax Preparation & Compliance Prepare and review Consolidated and Multi-State Tax Returns from start to finishEnsure timely and accurate tax filings for a diverse client baseComplete year-end tax reporting and compliance requirements 🔍 Tax Research & Analysis Research federal and state tax laws and regulationsProvide guidance and recommendations on tax-related mattersStay current on tax law changes impacting clients 💡 Client & Accounting Support Perform bookkeeping support as needed for clientsAssist with year-end accounting and tax engagementsWork closely with team members to ensure exceptional client service ⚙️ Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve tax return preparation processes and workflow efficienciesSupport ongoing operational and administrative projects ✅ What We're Looking For Required: ✔ Proven experience preparing Consolidated Tax Returns✔ Proven experience preparing Multi-State Tax Returns✔ CTEC, EA or CPA✔ Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations✔ Ability to independently manage tax engagements from start to finish✔ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Preferred: ⭐ Experience with CCH Axcess software⭐ Public accounting experience⭐ Bookkeeping and client accounting support experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
