Sr Talent Acquisition Partner
About the role
A new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner opportunity has been introduced on our People Experience, Talent Acquisition team based in our Charlotte, NC office. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with business leaders while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative, in-person work environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted consultant to hiring managers, advising on search strategies, candidate evaluation, compensation, and talent trends.
- Drive a structured and engaging selection process.
- Promote the candidate experience with timely communication and a personalized approach.
- Partner cross-functionally with Early Career, Talent Attraction, People Experience, and other TA team members to improve outcomes and share insights.
- Partner with our Talent Attraction team to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top internal and external talent.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strength in competency-based interview techniques and presenting qualified slates to stakeholders.
- Business acumen and influencing skills to guide decision-making and hiring outcomes.
- Data-informed approach to sourcing and talent engagement.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in the Financial Services sector.
- Proficiency with Workday Recruiting.
- Deep passive sourcing expertise and strong market intelligence.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Benefits
Base Pay Range: $125,100.00 - $152,900.00
