About the role

LER TechForce is an industry leader in embedded controls, software, functional safety, and engineering talent. For over 20 years, LER has been working with customers across North America to meet their engineering resource challenges. This position is onsite at our client in Warsaw, IN.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, skills, and experience needed for open positions.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to align on job requirements, expectations, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, job fairs, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
  • Utilize the ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate tracking, and reporting.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews (both technical and behavioral) to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the ATS, including uploading jobs, tracking candidate progress, and generating reports.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and passive prospects for future opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and meet Talent Acquisition Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion efforts, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of Recruiting and Sourcing experience with a strong focus on high-volume recruiting for salaried roles.
  • Manufacturing and automotive experience required.
  • Strong understanding of hourly manufacturing roles, skills, and qualifications across various functions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software; experience with Workday required.
  • 5+ years of sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
