Sr Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Summary
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is an integral part of the AEG Presents Talent Acquisition team and will be responsible for supporting recruitment across multiple teams. This individual will support recruitment initiatives, process improvements, best practices, employer branding and more. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will help position Talent Acquisition as a true business partner, developing effective working relationships with the hiring leaders while understanding their complex and unique talent and business needs.

Essential Functions
- Manage end-to-end recruiting process including talent research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendations, negotiation, and acceptance.
- Deeply understand hiring needs; partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies that lead to quality hires.
- Provide a consistent and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting process with proactive communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with HR team and fellow AEG Presents Talent Acquisition members recruiters to share top internal and external talent, share best practices and partner on strategic TA initiatives.
- Ensure all open positions have a robust and diverse candidate pool.
- Work with manager and AEG Compensation team to ensure that AEG Presents job evaluation and market analysis/positioning and job code are up to date.
- Cultivate pipelines of qualified candidates, map relevant source organizations within known/anticipated patterns of client demands.
- Coordinate, participate in, set up displays, and works at job fairs, as needed and proactively sources at targeted events such as conferences, as needed.
- Manage operational relationships at a day-to-day level, as necessary, with vendors, such as; retained search firms, retained sourcing firms, contingent recruiting and advertising agencies, pre-employment screening providers, relevant networks.
- Actively participate in global and local organizations to communicate best practices from AEG Presents/AEG and bring best practices into AEG Presents/AEG.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (4-year) in a related business area
- 4-6 years Experience in talent acquisition (with a preference toward experience as an in-house recruitment role)
- Experience with the management of overall recruitment process from start to finish
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or like tool; Greenhouse preferred
- Experience recruiting within the music and entertainment industry, preferred
- Must have excellent customer service communication skills which are extended to internal and external clients, employees, and co-workers of diverse backgrounds and levels
- Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines
- Works well with ambiguity
- Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn required business systems
- Demonstrated business acumen
Payscale
$74,303 - $131,250
