About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor acts as a trusted talent advisor to Friedkin-affiliated business leaders - shaping hiring strategy, not just executing requisitions. You'll bring market intelligence, workforce planning insight, and a consultative approach to every conversation, guiding leaders toward smarter, faster, better-informed hiring decisions across the full talent life cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Advise business leaders on hiring strategy from the first intake conversation - shaping role scope, market positioning, and search approach before a single candidate is sourced
  • Own full life cycle recruitment (intake through onboarding), advising hiring managers on interviewing care, decision-making, and candidate experience along the way
  • Bring market intelligence to the table: proactively research and map talent pools, competitor landscapes, and compensation trends through advanced research methods to inform strategy, not just fill a req
  • Design and evolve sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill roles, leveraging pipelines, AI-powered sourcing tools, generative AI for outreach, and predictive analytics to find talent faster and smarter
  • Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for assigned functional areas - advising on market trends and workforce planning implications
  • Build strategic, consultative partnerships with leaders, using data and insight to influence hiring decisions and improve quality of hire
  • Champion the Friedkin brand as an employer of choice
  • Ensure recruiting practices meet EEOC requirements
  • Use the CRM to track pipelines and translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Advise the leaders on recruiting trends, risks, and opportunities; may lead or direct the work of others

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of in-house and/or agency recruiting experience, with a track record of advising hiring leaders on strategy - not just filling requisitions
  • Experience with competency-based interviewing and an ATS (ADP RM preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and other sourcing tools
  • Comfort adopting AI-driven sourcing platforms, chatbots, and other emerging recruiting technologies
  • Working knowledge of recruitment/employment law (EEO, ADA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build pipelines via talent platforms and networking
  • Strong research and market intelligence skill, competitor/market mapping, talent mapping, and proactive candidate identification - used to shape recommendations, not just source candidates
