We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting includes job summary, essential functions (responsibilities), qualifications and skill requirements, health safety and environmental requirements (maybe part of requirements?), Kinross Leadership Practices (maybe not needed), Kinross Competencies (maybe not needed), Reporting Relationships, Language Requirements, Compensation Data (salary range and benefits). Also includes some boilerplate to remove: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc not present. Also need to remove duplicated lines, application instructions (none). Also need to not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (maybe combine qualifications and skill requirements plus health safety etc?), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills (maybe separate?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we should prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine similar items. We need to decide which sections have real specific content. - About the role: job summary paragraph: "Under the direction of the Processing Manager, the Sr. Tailings Engineer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant management of the site's Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and (Tailings filter plant) This role provides technical oversight for tailings deposition, facility performance, water management, monitoring programs, and facility planning to support operational objectives, regulatory compliance, and long-term stability. The Sr. Tailings Engineer works closely with Operations, Environmental, and Project teams to ensure the responsible management of filtered tailings throughout the life of the operation." That's substantive. - Responsibilities: essential functions list (many bullet points). We'll output as
  • each. - Requirements: Could include qualifications and skill requirements (education, PE license, experience, etc.) plus health safety and environmental requirements (adheres to safety etc.) plus language requirements (English). Also reporting relationships maybe not needed. We'll combine into a Requirements section. - Benefits: The posting lists "Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k with match Paid time off Stock purchase option Basic life insurance". That's benefits. - Pay: Salary range: $105,000 - $120,000. - Schedule: Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section. - Skills: Could be separate but we already have qualifications and skill requirements includes skills like technical writing, analytical, problem-solving, proficiency with MS Office, ability to work in multidisciplinary environment, valid driver's license, authorized to work in US. Those could be considered skills. But we already have qualifications section covering education, license, experience. Might split: Qualifications (education, license, experience) and Skills (technical abilities). However the instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine qualifications and skills into one "Requirements" section. But they asked to use headings like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. If we combine, we might omit some headings. That's allowed if no real specific content for that heading. But we have content for both qualifications and skills. Could we make two sections: Qualifications and Skills? That would be more sections but still okay if each has substantive content. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should avoid creating many thin sections. Having both Qualifications and Skills may be okay if each has substantive content. But we could also merge them into a single "Requirements" section, which is allowed because they didn't forbid using Requirements heading. They listed possible headings but didn't require using all. So we can use Requirements to cover education, experience, skills, etc. Then we can have Benefits and Pay. That's three sections: About the role (maybe we call it About the role), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. That's five sections. That's fine. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not include boilerplate like "This description is a general statement..." etc. Also remove "Health, Safety, and Environmental Requirements" maybe part of Requirements. Also remove "Kinross Leadership Practices", "Kinross Competencies", "Reporting Relationships", "Language Requirements" (though language requirement is English, we can include in Requirements). Also remove "This description is a general statement..." and "Perform other duties as assigned." maybe part of responsibilities but it's generic; we can keep as part of responsibilities? It's a generic line but it's part of essential functions list? It's at end of essential functions: "Perform other duties as assigned." That's generic but still part of responsibilities; we can keep it as a list item. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep all specifics: e.g., "Lead the execution of engineering oversight and stewardship of the TSF/TDP throughout construction, operations, and closure." etc. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

      About the role

Under the direction of the Processing Manager, the Sr. Tailings Engineer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant management of the site's Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) and (Tailings filter plant). This role provides technical oversight for tailings deposition, facility performance, water management, monitoring programs, and facility planning to support operational objectives, regulatory compliance, and long-term stability. The Sr. Tailings Engineer works closely with Operations, Environmental, and Project teams to ensure the responsible management of filtered tailings throughout the life of the operation.

      Responsibilities

      • Lead the execution of engineering oversight and stewardship of the TSF/TDP throughout construction, operations, and closure.
      • Develop and maintain deposition plans to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant placement of filtered dry stack tailings.
      • Monitor facility performance including stability, drainage, settlement, compaction, and overall operation.
      • Review and analyze geotechnical investigations, perform required inspections, and monitor data.
      • Support construction quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities for the tailings facility expansions and related infrastructure.
      • Conduct regular inspections of the Dry Stack Tailings Facility and document findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
      • Partner with Mill Operations to optimize tailings filtration performance and material placement practices.
      • Lead the development of short-term and long-term stacking plans, forecasts and life-of-mine tailings storage plans.
      • Support water management planning, stormwater control systems, and site-wide water balance initiatives.
      • Ensure compliance with applicable permits, design criteria, environmental commitments, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
      • Partner with Mill Operations to develop operational manuals, monitoring plans, emergency preparedness documentation, and management systems.
      • Participate in risk assessments and support implementation of risk mitigation measures.
      • Prepare technical reports, performance summaries, regulatory submissions, and management presentations.
      • Work with external consultants, Engineers of Record, contractors, and regulatory agencies as required.
      • Support closure planning and progressive reclamation activities associated with the tailing’s facility.
      • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure work is performed in accordance with site safety standards and safe work practices.
      • Perform other duties as assigned.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
      • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure.
      • 5-8 years of engineering experience in mining, tailings management, geotechnical engineering, earthworks, or water management.
      • Experience with tailings storage facilities, dry stack tailings facilities, earth fill structures, or large-scale civil infrastructure.
      • Familiarity with Global Industry Standard on Tailings Management (GISTM) principles.
      • Experience with geotechnical monitoring instrumentation and data interpretation.
      • Knowledge of Washington State and federal environmental and mining regulations.
      • Knowledge of geotechnical principles, slope stability, seepage, drainage systems, and earthworks construction.
      • Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering software applications.
      • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary mining environment.
      • Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the US.
      • Adheres to all safety and environmental considerations.
      • Has a strong commitment to safe working practices.
      • Wears Personal Protective Equipment at all times while in the production environment.
      • Is alert and observes, corrects, and reports unsafe conditions.
      • Follows operating procedures and complies with all regulatory requirements.
      • English language proficiency.

      Benefits

      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
      • 401k with match
      • Paid time off
      • Stock purchase option
      • Basic life insurance

      Pay

      Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any boilerplate removed: we removed Kinross Leadership Practices, Kinross Competencies, Reporting Relationships, etc. Also removed "This description is a general statement..." and "Language Requirements" (we included English language proficiency as a requirement). Also removed "Compensation Data" heading but we kept the content under Pay and Benefits. Check that we preserved all substantive information: The job summary, essential functions, qualifications, skill requirements, health safety, environmental requirements, language, benefits, pay. Also we kept "Kinross is a Canadian-based global senior gold mining company..." that's boilerplate about company; maybe we should remove as it's not specific to the role. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description might be considered boilerplate but it's substantive about the company. However it's not directly about the role; but it's still part of posting. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company description is substantive about the employer. Should we keep? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's about the company. I'd keep it maybe as a short paragraph under About the role or a separate section? But we have no heading for company overview. Could add a paragraph after About the role? But we must not invent headings. Could add a

after About the role with that company description. However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding a paragraph is fine. But we need to decide: The company description: "Kinross is a Canadian-based global senior gold mining company with operations and projects in the United States, Brazil, Mauritania, Chile, and Canada. Our focus on delivering value is based on our core principles of responsible mining, operational excellence, disciplined growth and balance sheet strength. Kinross maintains listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange (symbol:K) and the New York Stock Exchange (symbol:KGC)." This is substantive about the company. Should we keep? Likely yes. We'll add a

after About the role maybe as part of About the role or a separate "About Kinross" but we don't have a heading for that. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. Better to keep as a separate

after About the role but before Responsibilities, without a heading? The instruction says use

      for section headings (e
