About the role

Join a dynamic team as a Sr. Systems Integration Engineer supporting healthcare and enterprise system integrations. In this role, you'll lead critical projects focused on the seamless exchange of health and business data across systems, devices, and cloud services. You will design, develop, and maintain integration architectures, troubleshoot complex interface issues, and support production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to industry standards like HL7/FHIR and Epic Bridges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead critical projects focused on the seamless exchange of health and business data across systems, devices, and cloud services.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration architectures.
  • Troubleshoot complex interface issues.
  • Support production environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior staff.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards like HL7/FHIR and Epic Bridges.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Systems Integration engineering.
  • Healthcare integration experience with EHR/EMR or ERP systems.
  • Expertise in integration architecture, design, APIs, interfaces, and troubleshooting.
  • Proven experience supporting and resolving production interface issues.
  • Leadership skills in project management and mentoring team members.

Preferred

  • Preferred certifications: Workday Pro Integration, Epic Bridges, HL7/FHIR standards.
  • Strong understanding of requirements analysis, systems design, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Engineering.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about healthcare technology, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in patient care.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and guidelines.
