Basic Qualifications
- An Active Final Secret Clearance is required
- Associates degree or higher with 3+ years of related experience
- Familiar with Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) assessments
- Familiar with the development and verification of RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) requirements

Ground Missile Defense (GMD) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nation’s defense against ballistic missile attacks.
The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.
The Work
The successful candidate will be performing System Reliability & Maintainability (RAM&T) Engineering Analysis.
The candidate will be responsible for establishing, monitoring, and verifying subsystem RAM&T performance requirements for all design changes and new development efforts to ensure that RAM&T program requirements are achieved.
The primary responsibility of the position will be reliability, maintainability, and testability.
The selected candidate will Liaison with Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and suppliers for the RAM&T of assigned subsystem.
The individual will support the Product teams in the investigation of RAM&T issues and develop mitigation plans.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, collaborative/teams comprised of all experience levels.
Due to the nature of the role, this is not being offered as a teleworking or hybrid position.
