Sr. Systems Engineer II - Platform Services

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer II to join their Platform Services team. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to define system requirements and trade-off analyses
• Maintain system architecture documentation and models for accurate presentation
• Support algorithm performance monitoring and contribute to risk management
• Manage product trace matrices to outline design relationships
• Review technical design deliverables such as specifications and test plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
• Conduct compliance assessments and assist with regulatory submissions
• Support cybersecurity initiatives in system designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of systems engineering experience, including 2+ years on software-based medical devices
• Basic understanding of statistics for algorithm performance metrics
• Experience with software development in languages like Python, Java, or C/C++
• Proficient in developing technical product requirements and system architecture

Pay

$138,000 – $180,000 annually
