- Current experience in RS Logix and PointIO
- Strong fundamental background in controls engineering
- Structured, reusable low-level motion control system code for Delta-Tau, Aerotech, and ACS motion systems
- PLC code for Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Sick and Pilz PLCs
- Motion control, laser programming and control, machine vision (Cognex, Keyence), data collection and analysis, file management, human machine interfaces (HMI), SCADA, OPC, UA, and networking capabilities
- PLC logic and electrical schematic design for integrating system operation
- Manufacturing floor automation connectivity including LAN, OPC UA, database, and other standard interfaces and protocols
- Work in a team environment with other engineers, production, QA, test, materials control, contract management, and sales personnel
- Support and develop new logic, interfaces, and controls under direction of management
- Analyze and recommend improvements to our present controls’ development and design control methodology
- Completely knowledgeable in Controls design tools and environments including: OPC UA, Rs Logix, CP One, Ethernet IP and others
Requirements
- Pre-sale conceptual design, schedule, and cost estimation of control architecture for semi-automated and fully automated industrial processing workstations
- Prepare requirements document based on interview with customer and hardware engineers

Salary range: $105K-$130K DOE
