Sr. Swimlane SOAR Engineer | Remote, USA

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 annually

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects of client projects and guide team efforts
• Assist in client onboarding and deployment of Swimlane solutions
• Design and implement SOAR solutions for automating security tasks
• Integrate Swimlane with various security tools for improved operations
• Evaluate and communicate the value of automation implementations to clients
• Mentor junior technical staff and facilitate their development
• Provide technical assistance in scoping and pre-sales activities

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• 6+ years of related work experience, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years with Swimlane; 1+ year with Swimlane Turbine
• Proficient in programming/scripting (Python, Java, Perl, PowerShell) and Regular Expressions
• Knowledge of SIEM (preferably Splunk), endpoint security, and case management systems like ServiceNow
• Experience in vulnerability assessments, incident response, and security strategies
• Familiarity with cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
