Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/G.E.D.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to operate computer terminal.
  • Ability to lift 50 Lbs.
  • Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment, and/or assistance from another person.
  • Good human relations and communications skills.

Pay Transparency

  • Pay: $16 - $25
  • The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations. Additional Details

  • This position may remain at the current station or be reassigned to another location within 50-mile radius based on operational needs.
  • Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
