Sr. Supply Chain Product Mgr, New Product Introductions

Responsibilities
- Join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.
- Collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

- Execute strategic plans that improve service, productivity and quality, and that align to the overall organizational and customer vision.
- Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement.
- Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of the supply chain activities.
- Prepare and give detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focused on new product launches or transitions.
- Drive strategic BOM reviews and qualifications with internal teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple requirements and responsibilities, and to concisely and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interact with senior AWS leaders on a regular basis, and synthesize complex program information into actionable updates to drive alignment across engineering, supply chain, and procurement teams.
- Own the supply chain strategy for your NPI program, and be responsible for material readiness during prototype and qualification, and developing a plan to scale production for launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- 6+ years of program, project or product management, or leading product implementation experience

Pay
Base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
Schedule
Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
