About the role

The Sr. Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Edibles.com plays a crucial role in managing inventory and operations across the Edibles.com ecommerce platform and Atlanta retail location. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position oversees procurement, supply chain coordination, and e-commerce operations to ensure smooth business operations as the company scales.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the Edibles.com ecommerce storefront and Atlanta retail location
  • Conduct regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across all channels
  • Manage inventory transfers between locations and proactively flag and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure optimal in-stock levels while minimizing shrink, waste, and operational disruption
  • Place and track purchase orders through NetSuite from creation through receipt, ensuring accuracy at every stage
  • Cook with brand partners and vendors on lead times, shipment status, and delivery confirmations
  • Adjust inventory records upon receipt and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Support partner onboarding processes related to product intake, documentation, and initial inventory setup
  • Build and maintain inventory forecasts using NetSuite and supporting tools to anticipate demand and prevent stockouts
  • Analyze COGS trends and assist in identifying cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
  • Provide regular inventory reporting and insights to the Director of Operations and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support demand planning efforts tied to promotional calendars and product launches
  • Aid in building and maintaining Product Detail Pages (PDPs) in Shopify, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory linkage
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability aligns with online merchandising and campaign timelines
  • Identify and escalate operational issues that may impact the online customer experience
  • Operate in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements governing hemp-derived products across channels
  • Adhere to established SOPs for product handling, storage, and recordkeeping
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, helping build scalable systems as the business grows

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or operations
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite (strongly preferred) or a comparable ERP platform
  • Familiarity with Shopify or demonstrated ability to learn new e-commerce platforms quickly
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; comfortable with data, formulas, and reporting
  • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter mentality
  • Comfortable navigating regulated industries (e.g., hemp, CBD, cannabis, alcohol, or similar)

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
