About the team

The AMXL Last Mile Supply Chain team owns end-to-end planning and process technology for Amazon's heavy and bulky delivery network. We operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution — driving initiatives that optimize last mile capacity, improve delivery experience, and scale operations. Our team partners across AMXL operations, transportation, technology, and services to deliver programs that shape the future of last mile logistics for oversized items. We value builders who can operate independently, influence without authority, and bring a deep understanding of supply chain fundamentals to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
