Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction (background working on Healthcare projects highly preferred)
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction industry standards, building codes, equipment and methods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
- Valid driver's license and personal mode of transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to climb ladders or scaffolding
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to walk a project 3 to 4 times a day
- Must be able to stand for 6 hours a day
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
