Company in business for over 30 years with most clients coming from referrals and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate projects/teams, sub/vendor relationships
• Produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable
• Resolve issues
• Prioritize/delegate tasks
• Organize/track materials/resources
• Ensure project deadlines/efficiency
• Control job costs, project logs/docs, budget, jobsite safety, and schedule

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on luxury/custom home projects
• Strong drive, solid leadership/personal skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client relation skills

Pay

• Base Salary: $190,000 - $200,000 per year (DOE)
• Bonuses with total package of around $220K
