Sr Substation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer or Professional Engineer (PE) with expertise in advanced technology, industrial, and mission-critical facility projects. This individual will lead complex electrical engineering efforts, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership in the design, analysis, and optimization of power distribution systems. This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging projects involving data centers, advanced manufacturing facilities, industrial plants, and other critical infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership
  • Provide technical leadership for electrical engineering projects from concept through completion.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Ensure engineering analyses, studies, and designs comply with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and applicable industry standards.
  • Review engineering deliverables for technical accuracy
