Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs, quality, and delivery performance
• Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify strategic suppliers and onboard them
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance and supply chain efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
• Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships to mitigate risks and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement or Supply Chain
• Strong negotiation skills and processes
• Experience with supplier management and contract negotiation
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems preferred
• Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.) and ability to negotiate terms and conditions

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,000-$104,000.
