About the Opportunity:The Sr Strategic Sourcing Manager leads strategic sourcing efforts to optimize supplier selection and achieve cost savings on a substantial spend portfolio. This role drives value by managing sourcing processes, reducing risks, and ensuring alignment with business strategies. It serves as a key advisor, partnering with internal stakeholders and legal to promote strategic and operational sourcing excellence. 3. Responsibilities:Drive supplier selection to achieve year-over-year savings on over $600 million in spendManage category sourcing across HR, Finance, Tax, Contingent Workforce, Sales, Benefits, Workplace Services, Facilities, Real Estate, and SecurityEnsure sourcing adds value to the business while governing spend and mitigating contractual risksLead sourcing and contracting processes including negotiation and contract renewalIdentify and implement sourcing industry trends to enhance strategic sourcingBuild and maintain partnerships with business functions for effective consultationCommunicate strategic and tactical sourcing directions to business partnersCollaborate with legal to ensure best-in-class global contracting practices 4. Requirements:Over 10 years of experience in strategic and operational sourcing and procurement in dynamic, high-growth environmentsExpertise in Professional Services and related sub-categories including IT Services, Contingent Workforce, Consulting, Employee Benefits, and othersProven skills in negotiation, team leadership, and relationship building at various organizational levelsStrong knowledge of contract development and legal issuesEffective project management skills and a customer-focused mindsetExperience developing and implementing strategy, governance, and structure in changing environmentsAbility to influence and negotiate priorities among stakeholdersStrong communication skills with cross-functional teams and executivesUnderstanding of financial concepts, analysis, budgeting, and business case developmentRelevant industry certifications such as CPP or CPPM preferred; MBA degree preferred 5.
