About the role
As a Sr Stock/Receiving Associate, you’ll perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. You’ll accurately complete paperwork or system transactions applicable to functions such as receipts or issues, maintain accurate stockroom, inventory and system data, and research material shortages and support problem-solving resolutions.

Responsibilities
- Perform physical and administrative tasks for receiving, storing, distributing, and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment
- Accurately complete paperwork or system transactions for receipts or issues
- Maintain accurate stockroom, inventory, and system data
- Research material shortages and support problem-solving resolutions
- Handle and process classified material
- Support continuous improvement activities and identify opportunities to apply AI for innovation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Certification in assigned area is preferred, if appropriate
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate a forklift or other power industrial vehicles
- Good computer skills with knowledge of enterprise software tools (MRP, Receiving) and associated data
- Clear knowledge of material receiving, control, and inventory methodology
- Clear knowledge of Government Customer Property Control
Skills
- Great communication skills with team members and occasionally with external contacts
- Ability to support continuous improvement activities
- Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
Pay
Target salary range: USD $22.00/Hr. - USD $23.00/Hr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (e.g., geographic location). Actual pay may vary.
Schedule
This position is fully on-site in Charleroi, PA.
