We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (but we should not repeat job title; we can have heading "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include headings for sections that have content. We must not repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). The job title is "Sr Staff Product Operations Engineer". So we should not have a heading with that title. We can still have "About the role" heading. We need to extract content. Sections: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "About The Role The Product Operations Engineering team serves as the technical bridge...". We'll put that in

. - Responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" bullet list (actually sentences). We'll convert each sentence into

  • inside
. - Requirements / Qualifications: "What You Bring" includes education, experience, etc. Could be split into Requirements and Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. We have education, experience, skills etc. Could put under "Qualifications" or "Requirements". Let's decide: Use "Qualifications" for education and experience; "Skills" for abilities like analytical methods, communication, etc. Or combine. We have "What You Bring" includes bullet-like sentences: Education: Bachelor's degree... Master's preferred. 8-15 years... Experience in one or more of: manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, electrical engineering, or systems engineering. Demonstrated experience working with or alongside customer-facing engineering groups. Ability to clearly articulate technical issues... Comfortable working across geographies... Strong background in analytical methods, structure problem solving, and data-driven decision making. Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous... Experience leading cross-functional teams... Ability to convert complex... Proven ability to perform effectively... Fluency with continuous improvement / lean programs. Fluency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word). We can separate: Education and experience under "Qualifications". Skills under "Skills". Or we could have "Requirements" for education/experience and "Skills" for abilities. We also have Pay: "The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $116,250 - $155,000." Also mention other rewards: bonus, PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, wellbeing resources, etc. So we have Pay and Benefits. We have Benefits: list of benefits under "What We Offer": Competitive base salary (but that's pay), Performance-based annual bonus eligibility, 401(k) retirement savings plan, Tuition reimbursement, Comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, Mental health resources, Company-paid life and disability insurance, Paid time off (PTO) and company-paid holidays, Parental leave and family care support programs, Structured training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities, Matching gifts and volunteer programs. We should not duplicate base salary in both Pay and Benefits; but we can include base salary under Pay, and other benefits under Benefits. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove "About ZT Systems", "What We Offer" heading? Actually we need to keep benefits content. The heading "What We Offer" can be turned into Benefits section. We'll not repeat heading "What We Offer" as heading; we will use

      Benefits

. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep each piece. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

      About the role

The Product Operations Engineering team serves as the technical bridge between product design engineering, customers, and our global manufacturing organization. As Sr Staff Product Operations Engineer, you will bring a blend of deep manufacturing expertise, knowledge of the product design lifecycle, and strong cross-functional leadership to ensure customer requirements are accurately defined, interpreted, and translated into actionable direction for manufacturing.

      • Drive the interpretation, analysis, and translation of customer requirements into actionable technical inputs for NPI, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, and quality engineering.
      • Serve as the bridge between customer engineering, product design engineering, and factory operations—balancing customer needs with manufacturing feasibility.
      • Triangulate between quality, factory, and product design teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve manufacturability issues across both NPI and MP product lifecycle stages.
      • Oversee the resolution of gaps, ensuring continuous customer engagement and internal accountability.
      • Partner closely with NPI and the technical launch teams during new product launches to embed customer-driven requirements early and accurately.
      • Drive ownership of complex, cross-functional operations and manufacturing issues, serving as the focal point when accountability spans multiple organizations.
      • Represent the factory in customer engineering discussions, ensuring that product design decisions account for manufacturability, yield, and operational feasibility.
      • Combine a deep knowledge of factory systems, product lifecycle management, and hyperscale customer context into a unified technical perspective that drives clear prioritization and decision-making.
      • Apply engineering expertise to guide the development of solutions that are robust, scalable, and manufacturable.
      • Champion a culture of continuous learning, analytical rigor, and growth mindset within the organization.
      • Influence and inspire cross-functional teams to take ownership of customer requirements and drive manufacturing execution with integrity.
      • Operate with a sense of urgency to ensure customer needs are met in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. manufacturing, industrial, electrical, systems, or related field). Master's degree preferred.
      • 8-15 years of relevant experience in an engineering role, or 6-12 years with a master's degree.
      • Experience in one or more of: manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, electrical engineering, or systems engineering.
      • Demonstrated experience working with or alongside customer-facing engineering groups.

      Skills

      • Ability to clearly articulate technical issues and requirements across diverse stakeholder groups; comfortable interfacing effectively at all organizational levels.
      • Comfortable working across geographies, time zones, and cultures to align distributed teams.
      • Strong background in analytical methods, structure problem solving, and data-driven decision making.
      • Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with changing priorities and deadlines.
      • Experience leading cross-functional teams in global, matrixed environments is highly desirable.
      • Ability to convert complex (often data driven) topics to clear overviews and insights.
      • Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.
      • Fluency with continuous improvement / lean programs.
      • Fluency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

      Pay

The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $116,250 - $155,000. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

      Benefits

      • Tuition reimbursement for eligible education programs

      • Parental leave and family care support programs
      • Structured training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities

We should not include the "About ZT Systems" description? It's substantive but maybe considered boilerplate? It's about company culture; could be considered not required but it's substantive. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About ZT Systems" paragraph is not boilerplate; it's descriptive. Should we keep? It might be considered part of job posting but not required sections. The instruction says we should include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid adding extra sections like "About the company". But the allowed headings list includes only those specific ones. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but the examples are those. Safer to stick to those headings. So we omit the "About ZT Systems" paragraph. Also we omitted "What We Offer" heading; we turned its content into Benefits. Check duplication: We included base salary in Pay; we also listed "Competitive base salary" in Benefits list originally but we removed that to avoid duplication. Good. Check that we didn't miss any substantive info: The "What You Will Do" list we captured all sentences. The "What You Bring" we split into Qualifications and Skills. Did we miss any? Let's review original "What You Bring" paragraph: "The right person for this role is an agent of change and has exceptional analytical capabilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, is a good communicator, and is passionate about enabling the future of cloud computing. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. manufacturing, industrial, electrical, systems, or related field). Master's degree preferred.8-15 years of relevant experience in an engineering role, or 6-12 years with a master's degree.Experience in one or more of: manufacturing engineering, test engineering, quality engineering, electrical engineering, or systems engineering.Demonstrated experience working with or alongside customer-facing engineering groups.Ability to clearly articulate technical issues and requirements across diverse stakeholder groups; comfortable interfacing effectively at all organizational levels.Comfortable working across geographies, time zones, and cultures to align distributed teams.Strong background in analytical methods, structure problem solving, and data-driven decision making.Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with changing priorities and deadlines.Experience leading cross-functional teams in global, matrixed environments is highly desirable.Ability to convert complex (often data driven) topics to clear overviews and insights.Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads and deadlines.Fluency with continuous improvement / lean programs.Fluency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, and Word)." We captured education, experience, experience in specific areas, demonstrated experience working with customer-facing groups under Qualifications. Then we captured ability to articulate, comfortable across geographies, strong background in analytical methods, proven ability to thrive, experience leading cross-functional teams, ability to convert complex topics, proven ability to perform effectively, fluency with continuous improvement/lean programs, fluency with MS Office under Skills. We missed the opening sentence: "The right person for this role is an agent of change and has exceptional analytical capabilities, thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, is a good communicator, and is passionate about enabling the future of cloud computing."
