- Establish product/system-level requirements as defined by customer/market and business need, leveraging best practices and data-driven decision-making, including market research, voice of customer, business analytics, and customer use cases.
- Serve as product and customer champion within a cross-functional core team, acting as a strong cross-functional partner to support product development in both early-phase and post-launch decisions.
- Develop business cases to support key decision-making for new product requirements, pricing, and initial sales forecast predictions.
- Partner with key commercial stakeholders to establish commercialization strategies and approaches to ensure product launch success.
- Serve as product expert in partnership with Product Marketing to develop product launch value proposition, messaging, product training, and launch collateral (including market development studies, presentations, publications, and general literature to support the product).
- Partner with key product management and regional marketing stakeholders to define key growth areas for application enablement and market expansion, and recommend strategies to unlock growth through product development, sales enablement tools, and market development efforts.
- Understand key business drivers based on data and analytics, market trends, and direct interaction with Commercial teams and customers.
- Build close relationships with key customers, thought leaders, partners, and industry influencers to stay abreast of emerging market trends and communicate those trends internally to adjust product placement and features as needed.
- Establish strong cross-functional partnerships with Research, Product Development, Operations, Quality, Commercial, and Global Marketing.
