Sr Staff Engineer Software
About the role
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining the User Directory product, which includes integrations into Active Directory, LDAP, and other external Identity Providers for user information. They will work independently and collaboratively with the engineering team, product management, and designers.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer scenarios and requirements to suggest and develop innovative technical solutions and tools in the User Directory product
- Facilitate collaboration with engineering team, product management, and designers
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science
- 6+ years of experience working as a software developer on agile teams
- At least 4+ years of experience in cloud development or enterprise applications
- Experience using source code management tools such as GIT, Bitbucket
- C# expertise – The ability to get up and running with little to no guidance on how to write C# applications
- Experience with Active Directory and/or LDAP, MFA, IaaS, IAM, Authentication and authorization
- Experience with ReactJS and Javascript – nice to have
- Experience working with AI agents
- Strong object-oriented design and coding skills and experience writing reusable, generic APIs
- Understanding of PKI, Certificate security, encryption, HTTPS
- Strong programming, debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills, ability to collaborate effectively in team, across team and with management and other disciplines
- Effective team player
Pay
$126,000.00 - $204,500.00/yr
Schedule
This role is based full-time in the office, with flexibility when needed.
Benefits
For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed above.
