Sr. Staff Chief Engineer

About the role

The Sr. Staff Chief Engineer will be responsible for leading engineering projects and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering solutions.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of project progress and provide timely feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering management or related field.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
