Sr SQL/.NET Developer

Responsibilities

• .NET application development
• C# programming
• SQL Server development, including stored procedures and functions
• ETL development using SSIS
• Design and implement healthcare data solutions
• Develop ACA / CMS reporting and risk adjustment programs
• Create Medicaid & Medicare reporting solutions
• Integrate with payer platforms (Facets, QNXT, HealthRules)
• Work with NCPDP pharmacy transaction standards
• Implement CI/CD pipelines
• Use version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab)
• Follow Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Perform unit, integration, and performance testing
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership
• Develop Windows services
