Sr. Specialist, Product Management

About the role

L3Harris is seeking a dynamic Product Management Professional to lead the Devices Product Line. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insights, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide product reporting and participate in product line forecasting
• Conduct competitive and market analysis
• Support robust and effective commercialization plans
• Communicate within and outside of own function or business area
• Develop sales tools and collateral
• Implement value-added selling promotions, training collateral, presentations, webinars, and other commercialization activities
• Ensure all marketing and sales collateral reflect current product line with accurate data
• Drive a culture of innovation by proactively identifying new solutions, tools, and approaches
• Prepare ad hoc reporting for product shipments, operational features, and historical sales trends
• Train sales, customer service, and application engineers
• Participate in financial calls and inventory initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 6 years prior Product Manager / Product Owner experience
• Graduate Degree with 4 years of prior related experience
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
• Strong problem-solving, resource management, and time-management skills
• Broad knowledge of project management
• Experience with LMR or LTE technology to support internal and external customers
• IP networking sense of urgency to execute and success-oriented entrepreneurial attitude
