About the role
In this role you will be a key member of the Global Immigration team, responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational integrity of NBCUniversal’s worldwide immigration program. You will balance case management support, compliance obligations, accurate data administration, and responsive stakeholder service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage post-approval immigration compliance tasks, including required reporting, document maintenance, work authorization tracking, and escalation of potential compliance issues
- Maintain accurate immigration records and trackers; complete regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity
- Review I-9, right-to-work and related compliance documentation; respond to inquiries, conduct trainings as required, and ensure compliance records are maintained
- Provide administrative support for immigration case management, including case setup, document collection, and follow up on required actions from intake through completion
- Generate recurring operational, compliance, Work in Progress, and leadership reports
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, trackers, templates, and other tools that support consistent and efficient team operations
- Administer immigration-related billing processes, including invoice review, coding, reconciliation, and resolution of billing discrepancies
- Identify ways to improve processes, data quality, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of law firm or in-house corporate experience, preferably including support for immigration and/or compliance matters
- Ownership mentality with exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and deadlines
- Reliable, proactive, and able to independently engage in problem-solving
- Demonstrated experience with data entry, recordkeeping, expiration tracking, reporting, and quality control in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Solid organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage recurring administrative and compliance responsibilities accurately and on schedule
- Exceptional proficiency in data and document management, including excellent Excel skills
- Spanish language skills preferred but not required
Schedule
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the New York, NY or Universal City, CA office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000–$90,000
