Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance practices
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
• Strong knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS)
• Knowledge of cGMP and FDA regulations
