About the Role
We are searching for a Sr Digital Shelf Specialist to own the data, insights, and coordination behind our digital shelf performance across global markets. This is a hands-on coordinator role: you will run our NielsenIQ relationship, own our digital shelf KPIs, and work hand-in-hand with markets to close performance gaps and capture opportunities on the shelf. You will be the connective tissue between our digital shelf data and the people who act on it, turning content, availability, search, ratings, and pricing signals into clear actions for market teams. You will also own the training, onboarding, and reporting rhythm that keeps markets fluent in digital shelf performance and equipped to improve it. This role reports into the Global eCommerce team. We're looking for a detail-oriented, data-fluent coordinator who is energized by making markets better at the fundamentals and who can turn a dashboard into a to-do list.
Responsibilities
- Digital Shelf Performance & Insights
- Own the day-to-day relationship with NielsenIQ, including support requests, issue resolution, and platform adoption.
- Manage digital shelf KPIs across content, availability, search visibility, ratings & reviews, and pricing and maintain it as the single source of truth across markets.
- Evaluate performance trends and recommend corrective actions and growth opportunities across markets.
- Translate digital shelf data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for market teams.
- Market Partnership & Gap Closure
- Partner with market teams to improve digital shelf performance and address identified gaps.
- Consult with market teams on KPI performance and recommend actions to improve results.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on digital shelf performance, tools, and best practices.
- Coordinate follow-up actions and help drive accountability across markets.
- Training & Reporting
- Deliver onboarding and training on digital shelf tools, standards, and KPIs.
- Own recurring digital shelf reporting for markets and global stakeholders.
- Maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and scorecards to ensure consistent performance tracking.
- Guide markets in building digital shelf capabilities and improving execution through data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce, digital shelf, category/content management, retail analytics, or a comparable data-and-insights coordination role.
- Hands-on experience with digital shelf or retail analytics platforms; direct NielsenIQ experience (Brandbank / Digital Shelf) is strongly preferred.
- Strong data fluency; comfortable turning performance data into clear, prioritized actions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and training skills; able to make complex data accessible to non-specialists.
- Experience in beauty, CPG, or a fast-moving consumer business is preferred.

Pay
Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
