Sr. Specialist, Client Reporting

About the role

The Global Client & Investment Reporting team (GCIR) oversees, produces, ensures quality and timeliness of all scheduled client reporting & pitchbooks for clients and strategies across multiple product and business lines. They provide client-related data and reports requested by clients, consultants and other client appointed third parties in all regions where T. Rowe Price operates.

Responsibilities

• Identifies process enhancements geared toward improving client service, operational efficiency, and/or output quality.
• Safeguards the maintenance of the reporting systems utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance.
• Ensures workload is delivered within time frame expected by clients and meets quality and compliance requirements; proactively escalates complex issues and at-risk items and assists other team members with at-risk items.
• Continues to develop technical expertise regarding product and investment offerings in order to act as a high-level resource to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 4+ years of total relevant work experience.
• Experience sourcing, validating, and leveraging portfolio, benchmark, and performance data from enterprise investment management systems to support client reporting and analytics.
• Excellent project management skills, with experience delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities and feedback.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, including experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
