What you’ll do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for secondary ECU software and full vehicle software releases.
- Automate build, integration, validation, and packaging workflows across multiple ECU domains.
- Develop orchestration frameworks for incremental builds, multi-ECU dependency management, artifact generation, software versioning, release traceability.
- Optimize pipeline execution time, scalability, and reliability.
- Automate vehicle manifest generation, package signing, dependency validation, binary compatibility checks, OTA release bundle creation.
- Support coordinated software releases across body ECUs, gateway ECUs, infotainment, ADAS/Autonomy modules, connectivity systems.
- Build release gating and approval workflows for production vehicle software.
- Integrate automated validation into CI pipelines including unit tests, integration tests, SIL/HIL testing, regression suites, flash validation, vehicle bring-up checks.
- Develop automation around containerized build environments, cross-compilation toolchains, ECU flashing tools, vehicle simulation frameworks.
- Manage versioning strategy, release branching and tagging and dependency management across ECU software stacks.
- Ensure alignment and delivery between ECU releases and vehicle-level integration milestones.
- Enable reproducible builds with traceability from commit → artifact → vehicle.
- Design and manage artifact storage and distribution systems: firmware binaries, calibration data, configuration files.
- Implement version-controlled artifact repositories and metadata tracking.
- Ensure secure and reliable delivery of artifacts to integration, vehicle builds, OTA systems and manufacturing pipelines.
- Develop tooling to generate custom ECU builds (feature flags, configuration variants, debug/release modes) and vehicle-level software packages (multi-ECU bundles) for on-demand builds for specific test or vehicle configurations.
