Sr Sourcing Specialist

About the role

As a Sourcing Specialist at QVC Group, you will manage the day-to-day business of manufacturing from initial concept to final delivery. Working closely with the Sourcing Manager, you will align global sourcing strategies to meet customer demands by delivering high-quality products at the best value.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence at Studio Park in West Chester, PA, several days per week. Candidates must reside in PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities

• Develop samples across all apparel categories and negotiate pricing, delivery, and terms for assigned businesses.
• Build strong relationships with sourcing partners (offices, agents, and direct suppliers) through daily communication to ensure adherence to QVC Group’s standards, procedures, and calendar milestones.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact the business.
• Own the calendar at a brand level and manage day-to-day sourcing operations.
• Partner with design, technical design, and buying teams to maintain seamless development processes.
• Challenge cost sheets and lead negotiations to drive progress and reduce costs.
• Anticipate potential quality issues and propose resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to current sourcing strategies and goals.
• Collaborate with QA and Supply Chain to maintain uninterrupted merchandise flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or Product Design preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product development, production, and/or sourcing, with at least 3 years in apparel categories.
• Knowledge of garment construction is a plus.
