Key job responsibilities
Institutionalize capabilities within the sourcing and procurement domain by leading initiatives from conceptualization to implementation Develop a program roadmap and strategy documentation to ensure clear communication and coordination of needs for the business while prioritizing and managing multiple stakeholders, responsibilities, and delivering multiple first-of-their-kind programs Utilize strong leadership and stakeholder management & communication skills to align diverse teams, communicate program status and insights to Leadership teams, providing recommendations to drive strategic decisions Continuously looking out for new opportunities to mature the sourcing and procurement domain through automation and standardization implementing repeatable processes
A day in the life
As the Source & Procure Excellence PM within the RSC PMO, you operate at the intersection of every function that touches supplier management. One moment you're partnering with sourcing leaders on performance governance, the next you're aligning with procurement, logistics, or finance on how data flows and standards connect. You don't own execution — you design the mechanisms, playbooks, and tools that make sourcing and supplier management more consistent, scalable, and accountable across the organization. Your work turns strategy into repeatable process, and fragmented practices into shared standards. Every day is cross-functional, fast-moving, and focused on building what doesn't yet exist.
About the team
Our mission is to enable scalable, integrated supply chain operations through strategic capability architecture, digital transformation, and operational excellence delivering standardized platforms, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled solutions that drive end-to-end visibility, proactive risk management, and measurable business value across the Robotics Supply Chain.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- 4+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience
- 5+ years of developing diverse supplier strategies and executing on sourcing activities experience
- 3+ years of using business intelligence reporting tools such as OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, etc. experience
- Bachelor's degree
- AI Prompt Engineering proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
