Sr Solutions Partner - FWA Product Sales
About the role
You’ll be leading the charge on cultivating, building and closing large wireless or wireline Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) sales to our Global Enterprise customers. In this position you’ll create new value for Verizon and our customers by solving their connectivity needs. You’ll build and maintain the sales funnel, cultivating opportunities from discovery to close with the expectation of driving massive growth within this crucial category.
Responsibilities
- Create novel solutions to the complex technical and connectivity problems our customers face and understand how Verizon will maximize their ability to build robust, reliable and agile networks.
- Work collaboratively and be agile when customer needs change.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a focus on creating new revenue streams within Verizon.
- Develop large multinational and Fortune 500 account relationships.
- Persuade and negotiate to create desired outcomes.
- Balance multiple competing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
Qualifications
- Capability and drive to meet or exceed challenging sales targets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively position new ideas.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver outcomes and provide field feedback to the FWA product and product marketing teams.
- Present to all types of audiences at executive meetings, customer demos, trade shows, and Verizon Executive Briefings.
- Support our customers through trials to help them choose our solution.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and initiatives.
Skills
- Technical expertise in Verizon’s full range of 4G and 5G FWA services.
- Ability to identify FWA opportunities via prospecting, building relationships, leveraging product knowledge and uncovering customer needs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure all resources are aligned to execute upon the sales strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $118,000.00 - $226,000.00. The annual salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $130,000.00 - $226,000.00.
Schedule
