Architect solutions that are extensible, secure, reliable, cost-optimized, and performant.
Build reusable patterns and reference architectures; lead architecture reviews balancing speed and scalability.

Customer Advisory and Collaboration

Serve as trusted technical advisor to senior IT and engineering leaders;
present at QBRs;
inform Product and Engineering by translating customer needs into specifications;
drive new API feature adoption;
document architectures and playbooks, and mentor peers across the SA team.
